ODOC iPhone Charging Dock Twists Into Multiple Viewing Angles

Kickstarter brought us many gorgeous looking iPhone docks in the past, but they've all had the same old docking function. The ODOC does what no other charging dock is able to do. With a simple twist of its machined aluminum and glass cylindrical shaped body, the ODOC lets you click into various different viewing angles that best suit your needs, whether it's Facetiming or comfortably adjusting the angle so that you can keep on using your iPhone without having to undock it at all.

The ODOC further features a wide enough docking space that can accommodate protective cases, a weighted base for one-handed iPhone undocking (that's a win!) and USB and audio line-out ports and it comes with a USB to USB cable. The ODOC is purely a versatile iPhone charge and sync dock. It's now available to pre-order at $109 in a bead-blasted, clear-coat finish. The ODOC also comes in glossy white and matte black at $129.

ElementCase Vapor Base, Stunning Aluminum Charging Dock

If dropping $150 on one of ElementCase's gorgous aluminum cases left you without a compatible charging dock, then you'd love to hear this. ElementCase is about to release its own take on a charging dock for the iPhone with the Vapor Base. A dock stand made out of CNC machined aluminum that is designed specifically to fit your iPhone with either a Vapor Comp case or the more bulky Vapor Pro case seamlessly. The Vapor Base undoubtedly looks really good even if what we're showing you right here is only a pre-production Vapor Base docking stand. We've seen similar aluminum docks like the Elevation Dock spring up in recent weeks. Though the Vapor Base does have that cutting edge style ElementCase is most known for.

The Vapor Base doesn't come with its own dedicated sync and charge cable so you'll be using your own. Underneath is a bottom cutout that can route and store excess cable for a neat desk environment along with rubber anti-slip feet. It also features a perforated grille on the front that amplifies the sound coming out of the iPhone as well as a padded space towards the back to store small things such as your ElementCase's speed wrench. The Vapor Base is compatible with all ElementCase cases as long as you've got an iPhone 4/S.

The company first revealed its Vapor Base at CES 2012, and is expected to release its dock in a few colors this month for around $100. Hit up the source link below for the video interview.

Elevation Dock Elevates The Docking Game

When you think about iPhone docks you're faced with a plethora of options. As most of us come to understand, most of the docks out there aren't perfect and turn out to only make your flawless user experience your iPhone delivers you with, rough. Once in a while there's something so promising that makes you want to hand over your cash for it. That's what this dock is, it's called the Elevation Dock and it's made out of a solid aluminum billet just like the one we just posted about called the Blok Dock only that the Elevation Dock just made it look like someone's DIY project if not all others. Sync, charge and dock your iPhone or iPod in what might be the most wanted dock ever created. The Elevation Dock has already surpassed a whopping $80,000 in funding over at Kickstarter in only a single day.

The Elevation Dock offers more than a clean, sophisticated Apple-esque design like being able to accommodate all iPhone and iPod models with or without a protective case. But what's more important is the fact that this dock unlike many others, is weighted down thanks to the solid aluminum construction, has a low-friction connection and bottom rubber feet for traction will actually stay put where ever you've got it set on top of when you undock your iDevice. Yep, no more having to use two hands and playing the game of tug and pull. Much like an effortless one-finger lift required to lift open the lid of any MacBook portable.

The Elevation Dock goes thru many steps before it gets its outside finish you find on Apple's unibody MacBooks. It even has a USB output built-into the back while the more "professional" Elevation Dock+ incorporates a shielded Line Level audio output for bypassing the regular headphone output for better sound quality thru the 30-pin Dock Connector connection. It also comes with a USB wall power adapter. You can grab yours by pre-ordering the Elevation Dock for $59 in silver while the Elevation Dock+ comes in silver and matte black for $79 and $85, respectively.

Thanks to everyone who sent this in!

Dock Your iPhone, iPod On The Aluminum Blok Dock

Docks aren't always case-friendly, and most are made out of plastic. The Blok Dock is a bit more satisfying if you're an Apple enthusiast and is essentially a slab of CNC machined aluminum shaped into a rounded-edged podium block that works with any iPhone and iPod with or without a case. Even the bulkiest of cases can fit into the Blok Dock with a quick adjustment and using your own USB sync and charge cable as the power source. The recessed bottom acts as a cable manager to help conceal excess cable for cleaner looking desk. Apple fanboys and fangirls would appreciate the Blok Dock having a similar anodized aluminum finish matching all Apple gadgets.

This block of aluminum doesn't come cheap at $55 though. Pre-orders are now at full swing over at kickstarter with the black and red finished Blok Dock costing an extra $5 and $10, respectively.
