Battlefield 3 Beta Drops On September 29, Open To All

The wait is almost over! DICE has announced that the Battlefield 3 multiplayer beta will be ready and available for download on September 29. The beta is an open beta, meaning it will be open to all gamers and consoles including Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. In addition, those who pre-ordered the limited edition Medal Of Honor will be giving early access to the Battlefield 3 multiplayer beta starting September 27. Players will be given one multiplayer map when the open beta arrives called Paris: Operation Metro. This should help with the wait until Battlefield 3 hits stores on October 28. Portal Made Into A Worthy Short Live Action Film

This Portal fan made short film titled Portal: No Escape by Dan Trachtenberg, took more than a year to complete. That's a pretty long time for only 7 minutes of action, but it looks like it all paid off because the finished result is pure awesome and only shows that there is huge potential for a big budget Hollywood Portal movie in the future. I know I would hand over my money to go see a Portal movie made into a blockbuster.

2 Minutes Of Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Gameplay Will Rock Your Socks Off

Here's an epic, 2 minute multiplayer gameplay footage of Battlefield 3 being played on the massive, vehicle heavy Caspian Border map with an incredible amount of players, 64 to be exact. I don't know about you, but I've always preferred the Battlefield franchise as opposed to the Call Of Duty franchise of run n' gun games. This is some Michael Bay action right here. Battlefield 3 is the most anticipated game of the year, and for a good reason! It's expected to hit stores on October 25.

Modern Warfare 3 Survival Gameplay Trailer Released (Video)

Who doesn't love the Call Of Duty franchise of run-n'-gun, action packed gaming? Game developers, Infinity Ward, have just released a first gameplay trailer of the co-op Survival Mode campaign of Modern Warfare 3. Same good old run-n'-gun action and a whole lot of awesome new features we're all looking forward to. Modern Warfare 3 is set to release on November 8 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Nintendo 3DS' New $169 Price Tag, Free Games To Current Owners

Nintendo has announced it will drop the price of its Nintendo 3DS portable gaming console down to $169 from the $249.99 suggested launch price. Bad sales are most likely the reason why Nintendo has slashed the price of the 3DS in hopes a more affordable price will attract buyers. The new $169 priced Nintendo 3DS will be available on August 12. If that wasn't enough, current Nintendo 3DS owners will be rewarded with 20 free NES and Game Boy Advance games downloadable from the Nintendo eShop starting September 1st. Battlefield 3 In Stores October 25, Beta September

Battlefield 3 will be released on Xbox 360, PS3, Pc on October 25 with PC being there main platform. EA announced today that the games beta will be available in September, but you get a VIP pass into it if you picked up last year's Medal Of Honor.
