Calibre is one of countless names producing external backup battery packs, a name you probably have never heard of either. So what Calibre has done to make itself shine like a diamond in a the rough is create one of the more influential backup batteries that we have seen. With a first-class, ultra-clean design we swear could be based off of a leaked schematic of a soon-to-be-released Apple product, the Ultra'Go mini has already done its part in grabbing our full attention before knowing what it does and how well it does what it should do. Calibre's Ultra'Go mini is not much different from other batteries of its kind in that it'll charge just about every one of your USB-powered gizmos except that the Ultra'Go mini sells itself as the world's first ultra-compact battery pack to feature vibration signalling. A vibrating external backup battery? That's certainly an intriguing first for us. What does it all mean though? Let's get straight into the thick of it then!

Spigen Tough Armor iPhone 5s Case Review

Don't have or want to spend $90 on LifeProof's ultimate protective Nuud case yet still looking for a not-so-bulky tough case to protect your iPhone from nasty drops and other daily hazards that don't involve water? We think we've found the next best thing, and that's Spigen's new Tough Armor case for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5. Spigen is taking a direct jab at OtterBox's Defender case claiming that its Tough Armor case offers the same amount of protection, albeit without all the bulk and boxy styling. But protection is only part of what supposedly makes the Tough Armor a better alternative. The Tough Armor's $30 price tag and full iOS 7 compatibility prowess make it an enticing package. SwitchEasy Shades iPhone 5s Case Review

Now that we've concluded our reviews of Apple's official cases for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, it's time that we check out what third party case makers have been up to. Starting with SwitchEasy. This company has been around for the longest time making some amazingly unique cases for Apple's iPhones since day one. And every case SwitchEasy would release went on to become a smashing success. This time, SwitchEasy's Shades case for the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5 caught us off guard. The Shades case is rocking a curved body lacquered with glosses-up polycarbonate, isn't apologetic about it, and sells itself as an elegant, all-around protective case featuring a translucent gradient colored shell as its name suggests. Apple Official iPhone 5s Case Review

What better way to start our first case review for the iPhone 5s than with Apple's official case for it, the amply named iPhone 5s Case. And unlike Apple's iPhone 5c Case we reviewed, this one hasn't fallen victim to cyber bullying and name calling. Why? Because Apple wasn't as daring with the iPhone 5s Case as it was with its perforated iPhone 5c Case, and it kept things very basic to an utmost minimalist of design. Made from what Apple calls "premium" non-Italian leather, each iPhone 5s Case features nothing but a slimming design made to encapsulate your iPhone 5s with your choice of six, dye-infused leather colors and a bill for $39.

Apple Official iPhone 5c Case Review

They've been called many things, the "hon" case, the Crocs case, Connect 4, Swiss cheese, cheese grader, sloppy, ugly, poorly designed and the criticism goes on...and on. Apple's official case for the iPhone 5C is many things, but bad isn't one of them. Apple works in mysterious ways sometimes, and its $29 iPhone 5C Case is a case in point. The silicone rubber case comes in a decent selection of colorful options that either match the iPhone 5C's glossed-up vibrant designs when desired, or add a touch of eye-catching two-tone contrast when two colors from opposite sides are mixed, creating what Apple markets as 30 fun multi-color possibilities.
