Speck Covers The iPad mini With Its CandyShell Cases

Speck's candylicious CandyShell and CandyShell Grip cases are now available for the iPad mini. Known for their co-molded, tough impact protective exterior hard plastic and soft shock-absorbing rubbery interior, the CandyShell cases are one of our favorite thin-profiled drop protective cases for Apple's 7.9-inch tablet cuteness including the iPhone and iPod touch. The CandyShell case features a slick and glossy exterior finish while the CandyShell Grip provides your butterfingers with all the necessary traction using a rubber grip texture. Both are now available in limited colors for $45.

Speck Outs TrimSleeve Sleeve For MacBook Air 11" & 13"

Speck has released the TrimSleeve for Apple's latest 11" and 13" MacBook Air. The TrimSleeve is a form fitting and ultra-slim, black faux-leather sleeve with an "executive look". It's too bad Speck charges you $49.95 and serves you fake leather instead of real quality leather. At least the TrimSleeve has a magical pull-tab for an easy removal of your extremely thin MacBook Air. You can now look like a sophisticated executive if you're not already one, but your sleeve will never smell that way.

Speck Outs PixelSkin HD Wrap Case For iPad 2

Looks like Speck is going to hit a home run with their new PixelSkin HD Wrap Case for the iPad 2. The PixelSkin HD Wrap Case is the best of both worlds really, it mimics Apple's Smart Cover functionality with a proper back protection and it's all made out of a TPU material. Just like the PixelSkin HD case for the iPhone 4, a mixture of matte and glossy pixel texture dominates the front cover. You thought Speck used magnets? Nope. Instead, the PixelSkin HD Wrap Case's front cover will stay closed using micro-suction. Now that is just as interesting as magnets. Expect to see this soon in three colors for $49.95.

Speck Debuts New ToughSkin & ToughShell iPhone 4 Cases

CES 2011 brings a slew of new cases for the iPhone 4 from all the known and yet to be known case companies. Today Speck introduced to us a few new iPhone 4 cases including the new and much tougher, ToughSkin case which is a hybrid case with an opposite way of layering the hard and soft layers of the case featuring a textured rubber outer layer for grip and a hard shell inner layer. The ToughSkin will also come with it's own detachable holster with a rotating belt clip that also doubles at a video stand. The ToughSkin case will be available in black for $39.95, ouch that's pricy, and will be up for grabs this January.

Next in line Speck introduced their new ToughShell case for the iPhone 4 that will retail for a whopping $49.95, Speck calls it their toughest case yet. The ToughShell features a three-layer rugged protection including shock-absorbing rubberized insulation, an impact-resistant plastic hard shell and a textured silicone perimeter grip band designed to help seal the case and offer added grip. Like the ToughSkin, it also includes a detachable holster with a rotating belt clip and also doubles as a video stand. Expect the ToughSkin later this month.
