Could This Be The New iPad Mini?

This guy is supposedly a huge popstar and a race car driver in Taiwan. Weirdly these two different jobs are far apart though that seemed to get this guy's hands on an unreleased Apple iPad Mini? I call shopped on this one but be my guess to prove me wrong.
