PowerSkin Intros Drop Protective iPhone 5 Battery Cases

PowerSkin by XPAL unveiled its new line of shock-absorbing, on-piece battery cases for the iPhone 5. The PowerSkin Pro is the company's slimmest battery case yet, made from a dual-injected hard polycarbonate and flexible TPU materials with a soft-touch rubberised exterior finish that will be available in five bright colors. The PowerSkin Pro is angularly shaped to comfortably fit in your hand while featuring a 2000mAh internal battery to keep your iPhone 5 running for hours on end. Users can keep tabs on the remaining battery life in their PowerSkin Pro case by using the front facing LED battery level gauge.

PowerSkin's slightly less powerful, slim iPhone 5 battery case featuring a 1500mAh internal battery capacity should provide enough juice to extend your talk time by 6 hours and WiFi usage by as much as 8 hours. It features four LED battery level indicator lights on the back and an on/off button. PowerSkin's drop protective iPhone 5 battery cases will be available early this year.
