Spigen SGP Ultra Flip & Slim Armor iPhone 5 Cases Review

Spigen, one of the leading accessory makers for Apple’s mobile devices, has sent us two of their latest iPhone 5 cases for review. We were fortunate enough to receive their Samsung Galaxy line of flip style cases called the Ultra Flip. Also sent out for review was a two-tone colored case called the Slim Armor series. We've always admired Spigen's affordably priced, solid case and various accessory offerings over the years. Just a few months earlier we took a look at the illuzion series leather flip case for the iPhone 5, which of course we recommended to our readers. Graft Concepts Leverage i5 iPhone 5 Case Review

One of our all-time favorite case slash bumper hybrid is back from the past, and we're so excited for its long overdue arrival. As some of you may know, Graft Concepts is the maker of the Leverage case which we had the exclusive pleasure of reviewing for the first time back in 2011. And today, we're going to be taking a look at Graft Concept's new Leverage i5 case for the iPhone 5. We liked the Leverage i5's predecessor so much that we've awarded it our Editors' Choice Award. We normally put off any rehashed case designs, but the Leverage is worthy of an exception. Apparently many users of the previous iteration ran into a few issues that needed to be fixed, and thankfully Graft Concepts took the time to improve upon its initial case design with the Leverage i5. Is it now better than ever? Let's find out.

Twelve South SurfacePad iPhone 5 Cover Review

Over the years, Twelve South's ingenious Apple-oriented accessories have received numerous Editors' Choice awards from us. And thanks to yet another exceptional product made for the iPhone, we finally have a great reason to deviate from the norm of having to use a standardized case. But don't call it a case, Twelve South's new SurfacePad is anything but. The SurfacePad is a $35 luxurious and minimalist leather cover for the iPhone 5, and the iPhone 4/S. If you're someone who prefers using the iPhone in the nude - not literally but in its bare nakedness form as Jobs intended, yet still feel the need to get some form of protection that isn't going to drastically change the extraordinary design characteristic of the iPhone, then boy are you in for a sweet treat. Our full detailed review awaits down below!

4th Design Tripod Grip 5787 Mount Review

The Glif's minimalist design and easy-to-use functionality made it one of our all-time favorite iPhone 4/S and iPhone 5 tripod mounts. While it continues on to dominate the smartphone tripod mount market, it's severely limited by its compatibilities. There's an underrated tripod mount that we've finally got our hands on after being available for quite some time now. 4th Design is widely known for producing aluminum bumper cases for the iPhone, but what it also has up its CNC machined sleeve is the Tripod Grip 5787. It's a highly versatile tripod mount that isn't anyone's fanboy. How it stacks up against existing tripod mounts? Find out down below!

Colorant USG Impossible Tempered Glass Plus for iPhone 5 Review

Do you want to protect your iPhone 5's screen? We think there's only one viable means of doing that. And that is with a proper glass screen protector. These tempered glass screen protectors offer unprecedented protection while retaining the same natural smooth feeling of the iPhone's glass surface and pixel-sharp Retina display qualities. We took a look at two different types of brands made by two different companies - Spigen's GLAS and Colorant's USG ITG - and since our reviews, many new glass screen protector offerings were quickly tossed into the accessory market to answer the growing demand for glass-made protection.

Glass screen protectors are improving quickly and there's already a new type of protector that'll transform the sharp, abrupt edges of your iPhone 5 into that of a tapered one found on HTC, Samsung smartphones, and the like. Colorant's new USG Impossible Tempered Glass Plus (or ITG+ for short), is a new glass screen protector for the iPhone 5 that'll blow your socks off. We've got the full details after the jump!

Continuing Element Case's Composite line and the renowned Ion legacy, the Ion 5 is the company's much improved third iPhone case iteration made for the iPhone 5. The $50 Ion 5 is Element Case's most affordable iPhone 5 case yet. All while retaining a high level of extreme design and functionality you'd come to expect from EC. With a real aerospace-grade matte carbon back integration, the Ion 5 is every carbon fiber-fanatic's dream iPhone 5 case.

TPU-style cases are a dime a dozen no matter what type of device you have. And why wouldn't they be when they're the most popular type of case around? We've seen our fair share of TPU cases to last us a lifetime, and then some. But what we haven't seen much of is really outstanding TPU cases that are in a league of their own. You know a TPU case is destined for greatness when Element Case is involved in the making. The Ion 5 is in a class of its own.
