Incipio's Atlas iPhone 5 Waterproof Case With Tempered Glass Ready For Pre-Order

Incipio's Atlas, a slim waterproof iPhone 5 case seemingly better than the LifeProof Fre, is finally available to be pre-ordered for $90. The thing is, you'll have to wait as long as 5 weeks until yours will ship. We think the Atlas will be worth the wait considering it's the only waterproof and drop-protective iPhone 5 case available that features a built-in tempered glass which is superior to all of the pesky built-in plastic screen shields every waterproof case comes with. The advantage to a waterproof case that utilizes a tempered glass visage is that it's less susceptible to scratches while it offers an ultra-smooth touchscreen response for a naked-like tactile experience with your iPhone.

Incipio Atlas, The Next Level of iPhone 5 Waterproof Cases

Look out LifeProof, Incipio is looking to bring you down under with its new waterproof case for the iPhone 5. The Atlas case is Incipio's first ever ultra-sleek, ultra-modern and ultra-rugged waterproof case designed with a co-molded Plextonium frame, a shock absorbing silicone inner layer and best of all - a built-in tempered glass front screen shield for smooth capacitive touchscreen butteryness response. The Atlas seems like a very appealing LifeProof alternative, if not a better choice. It's of course dust, dirt, drop, shock and water-proof and offers unhindered access to all ports and buttons including the iPhone 5's rear facing camera and LED flash.

You'll be saddened to know that Inicpio's Atlas case is still under wraps and we may never know when it'll get released. Though we do have a hunch it'll be soon. And when it will, the Atlas will come in a verity of colors with an $80 price tag.

Incipio's Stowaway iPhone 4S Case Puts Your Junk In Its Trunk

Wallet cases seem to be getting trendier by the day. Incipio has released its first wallet case for the iPhone 4S called the Stowaway. The Stowaway case has a built-in wallet compartment that flips open for storing your credit and debit card, I.Ds and even some cash for an all-in-one protective case solution. It's a hybrid case like many of Incipio's iPhone cases and made from a combination of shock absorbing silicone and a hard polycarbonate outer shell. The fun doesn't stop there though because when you aren't storing any of your valuables inside the Stowaway, the compartment door doubles as a stable viewing stand.

The Stowaway case for the iPhone 4S will be available in both black and white for $39.99.

iPhone 4 Survived A Free Fall Out Of A Skydiver's Pocket

Just when you think you've seen it all, like a bowling ball being dropped on top of an iPad, this story comes along. Jarrod McKinney, a skydiver who forget to zip up his pocket where he put his iPhone 4, it slipped from within his pocket while he jumped out of the plane. His iPhone 4 took a free fall for itself, and crash landed on a rooftop of a building. Even though the front and back glass shattered into tiny pieces, the internals were all intact and worked perfectly. It just so happens that this iPhone 4 was protected by one of Incipio's iPhone 4 cases which might have protected this iPhone 4 from complete and total destruction. What have we learned here? Always use protection!

The Incipio Game Boy case is just a concept as of right now and there are no plans to sell it. Incipio collaborated with Alpinestars and released two new cases catered towards the fast and the furious amongst us. The Tech 10 for the iPhone 4 pictured in green is a dermaSHOT silicone case that features the Alpinestars pattern and has an anti-static coating to help prevent lint from sticking. The Tech 10 case is now available and comes in five colors for $24.99. The Alpincestars Bionic Silicrylic for the iPhone 4 is a two-piece hybrid case that features a hard polycarbonate outer shell and a silicone inner layer.
