CalypsoCase Fashions New Leather & Titanium iPhone 4 Cases

It's been a while since we've stumbled upon some really awesome cases for the iPhone 4. I'm glad CalypsoCase has created new unique looking sleeve cases that are carefully crafted using multiple materials such as fine Italian leather and a strong U shaped titanium inner closure band for ultimate protection, and optional silver, black silver, gold or platinum metals. Each CalypsoCase sleeve case is lined with a specially designed fabric that prevents your phone from accidentally sliding out. CalypsoCase is currently seeking backing pledges to get things started. $70 will get you a special backer's only edition of a CalypsoCase which will later retail for $129.

CalypsoCase took a refreshing approach in starting up their new brand by creating their unique cases for various phones like the iPhone 4 - 3G/S, BlackBerry (Torch, Curve, Bold, Tour), HTC (Sensation, Incredible S, Desire HD, Desire S), Samsung (Nexus S, Galaxy S, Omnia II).

Ridiculously Large Arkhippo 2 iPhone 4 Case Now Available

Ark's massive self standing Arkhippo 2 case is now available and compatible with both the Verizon and AT&T iPhone 4. Ark's Arkhippo 1 was an equally bulky case, but it had a closed back unlike the Arkhippo 2 which has a bumper-like style to it. Don't let the looks deceive you though, this case will also protect your iPhone 4 from the gnarliest of drops. The new and improved Arkhippo 2 now has cutouts for the ports and buttons, a much needed add-on since the Arkhippo 1 case. One thing I know for sure is that now the world's massively bulky iPhone 4 case is looking much better than its predecessor. It's available in 7 different colors for $29.

Griffin Outs Explorer Case for iPhone 4

In the wake of Griffin's Survivor cases being released, the Explorer is part of Griffin's Armored line of tough cases for the Verizon and AT&T iPhone 4, iPad 2 and the iPod Touch 4G. It took a while for the Explorer case to come out even though it was already advertised on the Survivor case packaging along with the unreleased Tracker case, also a part of the Armored series. The Griffin Explorer case for the iPhone 4 is suitable for those who are not looking for the ultimate military-spec proven protection that the Survivor case has to offer. The Explorer is relatively built in the same way as the Survivor with a shatter-resistant polycarbonate inner frame and a durable, flexible outer silicone jacket for shock absorption.

Built-in Port plugs tuck in to keep dust and dirt out of the iPhone 4's dock connector, camera lens, audio port and speaker openings. The only exclusion setting the Survivor apart from the Explorer is the built-in screen protector and a bit more silicone to go around. The Explorer case for the iPhone 4 is available now in black and pink for $39.99, and comes with an included belt clip.

Incase Introduces Rostarr Designed Protective Cases

Incase loves hooking up with artists and applying their artwork on their signature line of protective cases. This time Incase has partnered up with artist, Rostarr, to create geometric and polymorphic designs in a palette of gray and orange colors. Rostarr's work is stunning to say the least and is one of a kind. Incase has released a few of their signature cases with Rostarr's paintings applied to them including the Snap Case for the iPhone 4, Book Jacket for the iPad 2 and the Protective Sleeve for the 15" MacBook Pro. Is it just me or, and excuse me for saying this, is that an orange pile of poo in the middle that is featured on the Snap Case for the iPhone 4? Whatever the case may be, I think I'll pass up on that one thank you very much. The good new is that you won't have to stare at some orange looking pile of poo if you go with the latter.

The Rostarr editioned Snap Case for the iPhone 4, Protective Sleeve for the 15" MacBook Pro and the Book Jacket for the iPad 2 will set you back $49.95, $59.95 and $74.95, respectively. The Incase Rostarr line of cases are available now for pre-order.
