Logitech FabricSkin Keyboard Folio For iPad

Logitech introduced its second trendy folio-type keyboard for the iPad called the FabricSkin Keyboard Folio, which is an extremely slim package featuring a near-flat keyboard that is seamlessly fused into the folio cover a la Microsoft's Touch Cover for the Surface. A magnetic clasp closure keeps the folio cover closed, and various other magnets allow the FabricSkin to form into a stand as well as serving as an auto wake/sleep function for the iPad

The keyboard itself connects to your iPad wirelessly over Bluetooth and features a full-sized key layout for a comfortable typing experience. Not to be confused with the touch-sensitive Touch Cover for the Microsoft Surface, the FabricSkin keyboard is covered with a special fabric that lets you type with tactile feedback which Logitech claims nears a laptop typing experience. Both the interior and exterior of the FabricSkin Keyboard Folio is protected using a liquid-repealing coating for extra durability.

-Protects both the touch screen and back panel of you iPad
-Thin, Lightweight and crafted from premium fabrics and materials - weighs only 565 grams

Meet the Brydge. It's the one and only true keyboard offering that's designed to the Apple-infringement max with an all-aluminum body and a black chiclet style Bluetooth keyboard that transforms your iPad 2 and iPad 3rd generation into a portable MacBook Pad that's as slim as a MacBook Air. There's no doubt that more and more people want to enjoy the full experience of a portable laptop using their iPad. The Brydge features a full QWERTY keyboard layout with dedicated iPad hotkeys, optional built-in stereo speakers, a rechargeable battery, reinforced click-in hinge that uses magnets and friction to secure the iPad to the keyboard body and is capable of tilting in 180 degrees. The guys behind the Brydge wanted to create the highest quality keyboard case possible, and that means matching the quality standards of Apple's aluminum gadgets. The Brydge is currently available for pre-order starting at a hefty price tag of $170. And if you'd like the Brydge with stereo speakers built in, you're going to fork out $210. Woom, The Convertible iPad 2 Keyboard Case

Woom has just started its Kickstarter project in hopes that its convertible keyboard case for the iPad 2 can become a reality. Despite the looks, the Woom isn't another aluminum case. It's made out of durable polycarbonate construction with a concealed, ultra-slim rechargeable Bluetooth keyboard in its base that opens up like a cash register to reveal itself to your fingers. Want to put that ultra-slim Bluetooth keyboard to other uses? No problem, it's fully detachable like the iPad 2 itself and can be paired with any compatible Bluetooth device. The Woom reminds me little of Zagg's Folio keyboard case, only that the Woom looks like it took some illegal steroids because it packs more features like 360 degree rotatable angle for portrait and landscape viewing orientations, and many levels of viewing angles.

The Woom doesn't come cheap though. For all that chunk inside that cover, the Woom will set you back $89. And that's only the pre-ordering price. Head on over to Kickstarter for more.

Logitech Outs Keyboard Case For Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

It's about time other tablets other than the iPad 2 get showered with some loving accessories like this one. The Logitech Keyboard Case for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, a Bluetooth keyboard case that props up your Tab so you can type away in either landscape or portrait orientations. Oddly enough, it's made from aircraft grade aluminum, clearly Logitech still has strong feeling for the iPad 2. Nonetheless, the Keyboard Case for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is available right now for the taking at $99.99.
