Angry Birds Rio For iOS Devices & Mac Out now

And just like that, Angry Birds Rio is out now for iOS devices. Angry birds Rio is a whole new and redesigned gameplay focusing on freeing birds from cages rather than smashing pigs. The new app is available now for the iPad for $2.99 and $.99 for the iPhone and iPod Touch, respectively. There are 60 levels to start you off with more on the way.

Update: Angry Birds Rio is now also available for Macs in the Mac App Store for $4.99.

Rovio Demos Angry Birds Rio (Video)

Rovio demoed a little of the upcoming Angry Birds Rio based off of Rio the animated movie at SXSW festival. The demo shows a completely new and redesigned Angry Birds concept without any pigs this time, and instead you are aiming to free birds inside their cages and moving birds. Angry Birds Rio debuts on March 22 exclusively on the Amazon App Store for the Android marketplace and on the Apple App Store later on. Check out some gameplay footage after the break.

PS3 3.6 Update Brings Cloud Storage & Controller Battery Saving Feature

A new 3.6 firmware update is now available to download for PS3 consoles. The new update brings cloud storage to PlayStation Plus subscribers only and will allow you to back up your game saves data up to 150MB. In addition, you will now have the option to set a sleep timer for your wireless controller/s in order to save battery life.

World's Largest Live Action Angry Birds Game

The late nigh talk show, Conan, wanted to do something special for their viewers in Finland by building the word's largest live action Angry Birds game. Battlefield 3 First Gameplay Debut

EA released the first in-game gameplay footage in a trailer for the upcoming Battlefield 3. The trailer shows a first glimpse of actual in-game footage from Battlefield 3 as a U.S Marine squad engages hostile forces in Iraqi Kurdistan. Battlefield 3 is slated to be released on December 31, 2011. You can pre-order Battlefield 3 in Limited Edition to get the Back to Karkand multiplayer expansion pack for free which include four legendary maps from Batlefield 2.
