Bluelounge Kickflip Makes Your MacBook Pro More Awesome

Bluelounge has come out with an ingenious way of adding flexibility to MacBook Pro users using an adhesive-backed flip-out kickstand leg it calls the Kickflip. When adhered to the bottom of either a 13-inch or a 15-inch MacBook Pro using a strong yet removable and reusable adhesive, forms a kickstand which puts your Mac at an elevated typing and viewing angle much like the small flip-out legs behind most keyboards.

The Kickflip is a relatively thin rubberized piece of plastic with a hinge mechanism that sticks to the bottom side of the laptop and stays flat until you flip it out to its standing position when you need elevated support making it slightly more comfortable and ergonomic to type on the keyboard. You can get Bluelounge's Kickflip right now for $18, and in two different sizes that fit the 13-inch or the 15-inch MacBook Pro (Retina and non-Retina models). Bluelounge Jimi, A Clever Frustration-Free USB 3.0 Attachment For iMac

Designed to work only with Apple's ultra-slim 21.5-inch and 27-inch iMacs, Bluelounge's new Jimi is a USB 3.0 extension port that plugs into one of the iMac's four hard-to-reach rear facing USB 3.0 ports allowing you to charge and transfer data quickly using its front-facing USB 3.0 port. The Jimi is one of many similar USB extension adapters created to help iMac users avoid frustration with having to reach blindly around to connect a USB peripheral. We recently covered a similar solution called the iMaccompanion, which in comparison offers a more premium aluminum-made front-facing USB port extension that while may be a more sturdy adapter, is more expensive and only offers USB 2.0 support.

Meet the Saidoka, Blouelounge's latest and unique Lightning docking accessory for the iPhone 5 that combines a subtle resting spot where you can charge, sync and view things on your iPhone at a convenient birds eye view. Slightly tilted up and set at the optional viewing angle for when you're sitting at your desk, your iPhone 5 is cradled inside the Saidoka atop a soft rubbery surface which can be removed to accommodate a protective case. The Saidoka was made to have a fairly large base which features micro-suction feet that grab a strong and firm hold of a desk's surface providing you with a sturdy platform to dock and undock your iPhone using only one hand. Now that's an intuitive docking solution, albeit not as intuitive as wireless charging.

Bluelounge Kicks Adds Bumper Car Protection To Your iPad 2

Bluelounge never ceases to amaze with their amazing yet very simplistic products like this one, the Kicks. These are very simple silicone-rubber rails that use a light 3M adhesive that won't leave any residue and makes re-applying a breeze. The gray colored silicone-rubber strips blends seamlessly against the back of your iPad 2, almost as if Apple themselves have designed them. We've seen similar add-ons like the iDroplets, but nothing close to what the Kicks have to offer. Positioning each strip along the back side of the iPad 2 allows you to set your iPad on any surface or prop it up against the edge of a sharp coffee table without scratching and harming the beautiful aluminum finish while adding traction too.

The Kicks come in two pairs for $11.95, and are Smart Cover compatible as well. It begs the question, why haven't I though about this?
