SecureTips Keeps Your Apple Headphones In Place

It's become annoyingly commonplace for you to be rocking out to your favorite bands with your classic Apple headphones on and they just suddenly fall out. Apple headphones might not produce audiophile quality sound nor do they stay in your ear as comfortably as some other companies' headphones, but they get the job done... and so do SecureTips. Designed to work with your Apple headphones, simply attach them to your earbuds and they'll never fall out of your ear again. You can take them for your commute to work, casually listen to music at home, or even to the gym.

Head on over to Kickstarter to support this simple but genious idea. Not everybody can afford expensive in-ear headphones, so why not just work with what you've already got from Apple? You can get yourself a set of SecureTips starting from $20.

Dock Your iPhone, iPod On The Aluminum Blok Dock

Docks aren't always case-friendly, and most are made out of plastic. The Blok Dock is a bit more satisfying if you're an Apple enthusiast and is essentially a slab of CNC machined aluminum shaped into a rounded-edged podium block that works with any iPhone and iPod with or without a case. Even the bulkiest of cases can fit into the Blok Dock with a quick adjustment and using your own USB sync and charge cable as the power source. The recessed bottom acts as a cable manager to help conceal excess cable for cleaner looking desk. Apple fanboys and fangirls would appreciate the Blok Dock having a similar anodized aluminum finish matching all Apple gadgets.

This block of aluminum doesn't come cheap at $55 though. Pre-orders are now at full swing over at kickstarter with the black and red finished Blok Dock costing an extra $5 and $10, respectively.

Sinch Wants To Keep Your Headphone Wires Tangle-Free

After endless amounts of cable management solutions, the Sinch tries to take a stab at organizing your in-ear headphone wires in a more innovative way using flexible strip with powerful magnets to help keep it clinged together while neatly securing those wires of yours. The Sinch wants to keep your in-ear and earbud headphones tangle-free and doesn't care that obviously most already are. While the Sinch looks like an innovative solution, its idea of organizing your cables isn't all that great. You'll still have to wrap your cables around your device while the Sinch offers a bit of help to keep them more tidy while it attaches to your headphones' 3.5mm plug and piggy backs on the back of your device.

Do you smell that? It's the smell of gimmick right there. I really hope you aren't using those awful Apple earbuds. In any case, the Sinch is available in black and white for $15.99.

NuForce Icon iDo Amp Adds Audiophile Grade Audio To iPod, iPhone & iPad

NuForce has released a new amp called the Icon iDo that promises to improve your iPod, iPad and iPhone's compressed audio quality to CD quality sound by bypassing Apple's own built-in DAC (digital-to-analog-converter) by connecting to your Dock Connector port via USB to deliver audiophile grade audio playback with low-jitter. All that sounds great until you find out that you need to plug the Icon iDo to an external power supply to power it up. Not so portable now is it? But with that extra power, the Icon iDo amp can power up those juice-hungry headphones of yours without a sweat. It can also be plugged into your home stereo system with its RCA and digital Coaxial outputs. NuForce's Icon iDo amp features an LED volume indicator gauge on the front with a smooth volume knob and an aluminum enclosure. Available in 4 colors for $249.
