Here's What Apple's Low-Cost iPhone 5C Looks Like

We're no blog to jump into conclusions, but we're very confident that this is what Apple's purported next low-cost, budget iPhone looks like. Or however you'd like to call it. In fact, this is the actual leaked and unfinished rear shell part with an iPhone 5 display fitted in to get a real feel for what we should be expecting the final thing to be like. Sporting a rounded rear shell design that looks like a bulkier 5th generation iPod touch if it were made out of plastic, the budget iPhone will be made out of strong polycarbonate plastic and will be made available in multiple vibrant colors, all of which will come with a black 4-inch display, a rear facing camera with LED flash and physical buttons.

As for storage capacities, we think Apple will only make 8GB and 16GB models to keep the cost down in addition to lower speced hardware of course. The rear polycarbonate shells will have an iPhone 3G-like glossy finish only that more colors would be made available other than the standard white and black.

Apple's Tim Cook promised to deliver a quality product no matter how much it'll cost when asked about the possibility of a cheaper iPhone, and Techdy, the site that got hold of the leaked parts and put out a generous amount of detailed photos of the assembly, has confirmed that the polycarbonate shell does not feel cheap and that it feels better made than Samsung's Galaxy smartphones. HTC's New M7 Flagship Android Smartphone, An iPhone 5 In Disguise

HTC's rumored flagship Android smartphone to replace the One X, dubbed the M7, looks awfully similar to the iPhone 5 only that the similarities are flipped around. The leaked image is sourced from Evleaks, a known and reliable source that we've seen leak numerous products in the past ahead of their official debut which have all turned out to be 100% accurate. So it's safe to say that we're looking at HTC's new 4.7-inch M7 flagship Android device which is expected to make its world debut next month at the Mobile World Congress exhibition in Barcelona, Spain.

We've always had great admiration towards HTC's brilliantly designed handsets, more notably the company's recent Windows Phone 8X and 8S outings. The M7 is quite the looker nonetheless. As for some specs, it'll have a 4.7-inch full HD display at a staggering 468ppi with a blazing fast 1.7Ghz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera with a f/2.0 aperture - all housed inside a "premium" build, and a suggested unsubsidized price tag of $600 for a 32GB flavor.

The New iPhone 5 Charge & Sync Connector Leaked

Rumor and speculation talks of a smaller, redesigned Dock Connector port circling the soon to be released iPhone 5 have just become all the more plausible with hard core evidence of some leaked parts of what is said to be the iPhone 5's new 8-pin Dock Connector plug with a MagSafe-like design. The parts show a much rounded charge and sync plug without the cable attached that matches recent hardware leaks of the iPhone 5's redesigned Dock Connector port. Nowhereelse reports that these parts are yet to be confirmed , but we're seeing the big picture already. And we think Apple is indeed going smaller with the iPhone 5 to save valuable space in hopes of making a much better charge and sync experience for iPhone users.

iPhone 5 Physical Mockup Is Beautiful

The alleged iPhone 5 is starting to take shape after case leaks suggested a redesigned body with iPad 2-like characteristics. Until now we've seen countless renders of how the iPhone 5 will supposedly look like, but now an actual physical mockup of an iPhone 5 was made based on recent case leaks and hardware components.

Based on CAD designs, hardware components, several leaked hints, cases and recent, believable mockups we created a three-dimensional computer model. This virtual model was then used to build a very detailed, true prototype that you can hold in your own two hands.

The process to create this prototype is the same that’s used to create the iPad. The back was machined from a sold block of aluminium, which was later treated with glass pearls to get the same slightly rough touch that we already know from the iPad.

We've seen exact physical mockups of the iPad 2 week before it was released that have proven to be on point thanks to various case leaks of the iPad 2. This iPhone 5 mockup could really be what Apple has up its sleeve for when it will announce the next new iPhone on October 4.

Case-Mate Teases With iPhone 5 Cases

We previously reported that Case-Mate had put up a notification page letting its customers know that it'll have iPhone 5 cases ready as soon as the iPhone 5 will be released. Case-Mate has recently released its renders for its iPhone 5 cases and how they will look like on the radically redesigned iPhone 5. Is Case-Mate really desperate for some free coverage or does it really have reliable inside information as to the specific design and dimensions of the iPhone 5? Investing time and money in designing these iPhone 5 cases sure does look like Case-Mate actually have concrete information. From these iPhone 5 renders, it looks like the back side is designed similarly to the iPad 2 using aluminum. Case-Mate has since removed its iPhone 5 cases page. Rumors point out to an early October release of the much anticipated iPhone 5.

Could This Be The Redesigned 2011 MacBook Air?

What looks like a totally new redesigned MacBook Air graphic has been recentely leaked in between the cracks of all the rumors that have been circling around in these recent weeks. M.I.C Gadget reports that it got a tip from a source at Foxconn, the manufacturing plant in China that produces Apple's desired gadgets, and they believe that it is the real deal. From the pic, it looks like Apple has redesigned the hinge and the external enclosure quite a bit from the current 2010 unibody MacBook Air. Further more, who ever leaked the image has also said the new 2011 MacBook Air is thinner and much lighter. It would be typical of Apple making the MacBook Air even thinner. The pic only reveals one side which shows an SD card slot and nothing else. Apple is expected to release an updated MacBook Air very soon, but a total redesign wasn't really anticipated.

Unreleased Motorola Devices Leaked Including Xoom 2 Tablet, Tracy XL Watchphone & More

Someone over at Motorola really messed up and exposed a few unreleased products on the Motorola Mobility website for just a quick moment while testing out the product page live. A big mistake as it turns out. Visitors at the time quickly screencaped and leaked the juicy images to Pocketnow which has already been contacted by Motorola and asked to remove the leaked images. Some of the new unreleased products from Motorola include the Tracy XL watchphone, Xoom 2 tablet pictured at the bottom left, Slimline, Targa and Zaha thin-profiled smartphones.
