Radiul iPad Document Holder, Makes Life Easier

Paper has become a medium that some of us have tried to get rid of entirely if we could, but nonetheless, they are persistant. Popping up in our mailboxes, getting sent down from our bosses, and even being accepted as money... although I suppose that's the only kind of paper nobody wants to just rip into shreds. No matter how much we want to surround ourselves in just emails and digital print, we will still have to live with the traditional method for a while. That is what makes Radiul a nice accessory for everybody.

Everybody has bills to pay, everybody has to read something off of paper once in a while, but why not make it easier and more comfortable while we're at it? Radiul acts as a stand for all your papers whether they're the phone bills that you have to pay or some academic article you have to read for your research paper. Simply attach it to your laptop, iPad, or counter, you can prop them up in a convenient position. Using a simple but effective curve shape, the Radiul does its job.

This extremely portable accessory is currently in its mid stage of a Kickstarter campaign, and if you're interested in seeing this idea become reality, go ahead and pledge $30 or more for your very own Radiul.

Razer Reveals Blade, World's Slimmest Portable Gaming Laptop

Razer has teased us long enough with its plans to create their very own gaming laptop, and now it's a reality. Razer has announced that it's stepping into the gaming PC business with its very own Blade gaming laptop and dubbing it "the world's first true gaming laptop". The Blade's enclosure is fully made out of lightweight, anodized black aluminum for that ultra stealthy gamer look, and is thinner than the MacBook Pro at just .88" thick which makes it the thinnest most powerful gaming laptop in the world.

Even while being thinner than a MacBook Pro, the Razer Blade still manages to pack some heat under the hood though with some powerful specs including a 2.8GHz Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M with 2GB of video RAM. All of this is packed into such a slim form factor boasting a 17-inch LED backlit display at 1920x1080. These are some impressive specs for such a laptop.

The Razer Blade's other notable features include backlit keys, the Switchblade UI with customizable tactile keys with matching graphic overlays that adapt to different games you're playing and a multi-purpose LCD panel that is touch-based and displays in-game information and can double as a multi-touch trackpad. Razer's ultra portable Blade gaming laptop will be available later this year for a staggering $2,799.

Acer Rips Off The Macbook Air

With an earlier article that we posted about the redesigned 2011 MBA, was actually a unreleased Acer Product. The picture is Acer's rumored Aspire 3951 that looks very familiar to the MBA. It has SSD, Sandy Bridge Processor, and is also light and thin. It is almost an exact copy and paste of the MBA, though the Acer is a tad bit heavier on an electronic scale. Looks like Acer is trying to copy Cupertino's design and cash in, but this isn't the first time someone has tried to do this. The Acer Aspire is expected to cost between $770 and $960.

Western Digital Ships Behemoth Scorpio Blue 1TB 2.5" Notebook Hard Drive

Oh yes, Western Digital has released a new Scorpio Blue 2.5" (9.5mm) internal SATA III hard drive with a massive 1TB storage capacity using only 2 platters that is compatible with all standard notebooks. The new 1TB Scorpio Blue WD10JPVT hard drive is the first 1TB 2.5" hard drive that has started shipping on the market. It isn't a Ferrari at 5400RPM, but at least it's a minor improvement over the previous, slightly thicker 12.5mm 1TB model at only 5200RPM. Western Digital has designed its Scorpio Blue behemoth to have a low power consumption for longer battery life performance and coupled it with WhisperDrive technology for quite performance. The WD Scorpio Blue 1TB 2.5" hard drive is now shipping and available at retailers for $140. Or a bit cheaper at Newegg
