Earlier this morning there was a game list leaked from E3. Microsoft keynote followed exactly what games that where on the leaked list. Many things are happening and many new things are coming. Here is just some of the information covered at the Microsoft Keynote. Below is information from joystiq.
- Halo 4 was annocuned.
- Kinect Sports is coming back for Season 2.
- Dance Central 2 was announced with new catalog of tunes.
- Kinect Fun Labs which is a big collection of mini games to have fun with.
- Kinect Disneyland Adeventures will allow you to explore Disney parks from your living room and have plenty of mini-games.
- Forza 4 will arive October 11 with kinect head-tracking.
- Mincraft coming to Xbox 360 and Kinect this winter.
- Fable: The Journey will feature Kinect-based journey.
- Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary.
- UFC fights that you will be able to watch from your Xbox.
- Xbox Live launching streaming televison service in the fall.
- Xbox getting Kinect powered dashboard update.
- Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Kinect Support.
- Four EA Sports Games in 2011 to Feature Kinect.
- Mass Effect 3 gets Kinect support with voice recognition.
At E3 today, Microsoft's 2011 keynote, Halo 4 was ofifically announced with Master Chief and Cortana kicking off the game. Up to 343 Industries are at the reigns with a Holiday 2012 launch date. There is also a trailer after the break.
Along with Apple announcing iOS 5, Mac OSX Lion, they have announced iCloud. iCloud that will backup your apps, songs, books, photos, videos and contacts. You will be able to have access to any of your information from any device whether it is a tablet, phone, or laptop/desktop. This will be taking over Mobile Me and the apps have been rewritten. iWork will be playing nice with iCloud, and app history, device settings, new photos, purchased music will all be automatically over wi-fi. The iTunes app for the iCloud will be available as the end of today. Contacts and mail and calendar store will be free, while some of the rest will be paided subscriptions. The rest will be announced.
Along with the announcement of Mac OS X Lion, Apple is also talking about iOS 5. Plenty of new features have been added from things that are defiantly needed, to things that are just something else cool. Lets Start from the begging. (Check After the break)
Along with Mac OSX Lion, over 250 new features will be available in the new OS. Apple showed 10 main new features of Lion: multi-touch gestures, full-screen apps, mission control (unifies Expose and Spaces), iOS type Launchpad, system wide resume feature, Airdrop (peer to peer file-sharing), and a brand new version of Mail. These are just some of the main features Apple showed, but I am sure there will be more. We will go into more depth once Lion is released.
At WWDC 2011, Apple has announced today that Mac OSX 10.7 Lion will go on sale in July for $29.99. It will be bought in the Mac App Store, no more boxes/cd. The download will only 4GB which won't be bad, and will be able to install on 5 of your auth'ed computers. Developer preview will be available today after the keynote.
