Sprint Posts iPhone Plans, Offers Unlimited Data

Sprint has recently posted its data, text and call plans for the iPhone on its website offering customers to pre-order the 8GB iPhone 4 starting today for $99.99 in black or white with a 2-year contract and an October 14 shipping date, while opening up the pre-ordering for the iPhone 4S on October 7 together with Apple with shipping scheduled to start on October 14. Customers will also be able to get their hands on the iPhone 4S in Sprint brick and mortar stores on October 14.

Sprint's iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S plans start at $69.99 and include unlimited data, which both AT&T and Verizon no longer offer. Looks like Sprint is the way to go for new iPhone buyers this time around at much lower monthly costs including unlimited data for that data hungry iPhone.

Apple Offers To Buy Your Used iPhone 4, Rips You Off

So you want to upgrade to that powerful iPhone 4S do you now? I bet you thought about getting rid of your used iPhone 4 for some extra cash in order to help finance the upgrade. Apple wants your used iPhone and in exchange, it will send you an Apple Gift Card good towards goodies like the iPhone 4S. The thing is, Apple uses a third party service which will offer you next to nothing compared to what you can get for it if you sell your iPhone yourself using services like eBay. Just for an example, a mint condition 16GB iPhone 4 will only score you $180, and that's not enough. You will be able to get double than that right now if you sell it on your own and have enough to treat yourself to a nice iPhone 4S with enough storage to store all those 8-megapixel photos and 1080p videos! We highly recommend skipping the 16GB model if you're trigger happy.

Apple's Recycling Program may be a convenient route without having to think much, but a bit of minutes work setting up an eBay auction will help you get the most out of your lovely used iPhone 4.

GoPro-Like iPhone 4 Action Case Lets You Shoot Action Sports

When thinking about purchasing a camera for action sports, one would take GoPro into serious consideration, but if you already own an iPhone 4 why not use it instead? That's exactly the purpose of the Action Case made by Action Cases. It's the first ever case that lets you use your iPhone 4 as a fully functional action sports camera that can be mounted on a helmet, bike handlebars, a car or anything else that GoPro's mounts make possible. That's right, the Action Case uses all of GoPro's solid and reliable mounts thanks to the specially designed hinged iPhone 4 case. The Action Case by itself sales for $49 in case you already have some GoPro mounts.

The Action Case is designed very similarly to GoPro's own clear camera enclosures and made out of tough clear polypropylene plastic using stainless steel pins and internal shock pads for extra durability and protection. Unlike the GoPro cameras, the Action Case encloses your iPhone 4 in a non-waterproof cases, however Action Cases has said that it will work on making a fully water-tight Action Case in the future. With the being said, the Action Case complete with a few GoPro mount will run you $69, that's considerably less than a GoPro camera and the iPhone 4's HD video camera makes for a pretty good action sports mountable camera on the cheap. Head on over to the Action Case Kickstarter page to pre-order the Action Case.

Kensington's BungeeAir Battery Case Alerts You When You Forget Your iPhone 4

Thank you Kensington for making the most useful battery case the iPhone 4 has ever seen. Kensington's new BungeeAir Power Wireless Security Tether battery case is a slim 3-in-1 case that not only can it juice up your iPhone 4 with its built-in 1500mAh battery, but perhaps the most useful feature it packs is a wireless security alert system that will alert you should you forget your iPhone 4 and it'll alert you right away even before you can get far away from it. When the BungeeAir case senses that it has been left behind, it will immediately alert the BungeeAir key fob that you'll be carrying around with you that will alert you by loud beeping noises as well as vibration. It will also lock your iPhone 4's screen requiring a passcode as a precautionary step in case someone is quick on their feet to find your missing iPhone 4. It also has a built-in stand for landscape and portrait viewing angles. Apple should really consider handing these out to its employees from now on.

The BungeeAir security system also works both ways in case you lose your keys with the BungeeAir key fob attached to help you find them quicker. There is of course a limiting proximity in which both wireless receivers can work in and that also depends on the environment. An average distance of 50 feet is the limit in which both BungeeAir receives can operate in. The BungeeAir Power Wireless Security Tether case will be available for $99.99. A battery-less offering is also available for $79.99. Video after the break!

NuForce Icon iDo Amp Adds Audiophile Grade Audio To iPod, iPhone & iPad

NuForce has released a new amp called the Icon iDo that promises to improve your iPod, iPad and iPhone's compressed audio quality to CD quality sound by bypassing Apple's own built-in DAC (digital-to-analog-converter) by connecting to your Dock Connector port via USB to deliver audiophile grade audio playback with low-jitter. But with that extra power, the Icon iDo amp can power up those juice-hungry headphones of yours without a sweat. It can also be plugged into your home stereo system with its RCA and digital Coaxial outputs. i+Case Offers Sleek Aerodynamic Aluminum Curves For The iPhone 4

Granted we've seen just about every aluminum iPhone 4 case and bumper that was ever created, but we just have to point out this one called the i+Case. It's an aluminum bumper made for the iPhone 4 and with the typical drill of it being made out of a single piece of a solid block of aluminum using a CNC machine and the same process Apple uses to manufacture their unibody MacBook line of portables. There's no doubt that the i-Case doesn't look incredibly good with its sleek curves that with all the rumors circulating around, may even presumably make your iPhone 4 look like an iPhone 5. We can't help but notice how closely the i+Case resembles the ever so popular Japanese designed Draco, aka Deff Cleave aluminum bumper we've posted about a while back and even reviewed. The i+Case does have less specially designed curves we'll give it that, and it even has dedicated machined buttons too. It might not have the cool name, however it sure does look promising at $65. It's available for pre-order in black, red and silver colors.
